- 14-Day Limit: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for an eligible product.
- Hygiene Standard: Due to the personal care nature of cosmetics and skincare, we can only accept returns on products that are completely unused, unopened, and in their original pristine packaging with all seals intact.
- Exclusions: Opened, sampled, or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
- Immediate Reporting: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or if we accidentally shipped the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof Required: Please email our support team with your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will immediately arrange a brand-new replacement or offer a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Note: Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
